Ralph and Ceci Sullivan have been members of Cross & Cross for almost 30 years. They've served in various ministries, including Children's church Coordinators, and as members of the Leadership Board. In 2003, Ralph was ordained as an Elder, after serving as a Deacon for many years. In Januray of 2013, he became Senior Pastor. Ralph and Ceci have been married for 34 years, have three adult children and 14 grandchildren. Their passion is to "make Disciples" and grow the Kingdown, by preaching, teaching and LIVING God's Word.

Uzziel and Mirza Gonzalez have been married for 21 years and have one son. They've been attending Cross & Crown since 1999 and Uzziel began serving as Deacon in 2006. In 2014, he was ordained as the Elder of the church. They currently serve together on the Leadership Board. They've served in various ministries, including Ushers, Nursery, Women's Group, Small Groups, Bible Study, as well as Youth Group Leaders. They feel privileged to serve in a church that invites the movement and gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Oseas and Carmen Rodriguez have been married for 44 years. They are parents to three sons and several grandchildren. They've been attending Cross & Crown since 2007. In 2015, Oseas began serving as Deacon. They currently serve together on the Leadership Board. In their walk with God they have served in various ministries including Children's, Youth, Usher's, Cook County Jail ministry and teach Bible Study. Their passion is to make a difference in God's kingdom by using the gifts and talents God has given them.

Sonny and Letty Rodriguez have been married for 17 years and have two children. They've been attending Cross & Crown for over 15 years. Over that time, they have served as Coordinators of various ministries, including Ushers, Nursery, the Women's and Men's Groups. Sonny was installed as deacon in 2006 and both currently serve on the Leadership Board. Their passion is to be good stewards by serving and helping grow the kindgom and LIVING God's word.
